Return Policy

We sincerely appreciate your choice of Juicyloves. For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges without valid reasons. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you conduct thorough research and make informed decisions before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at juicyloves@foxmail.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

If you believe that you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet packaged your order, we will gladly help you make the necessary changes. However, once the order has been packaged, we cannot stop it from being shipped.

Occasionally, due to factors such as screen displays or photography, the actual color of the product you receive may have slight differences from your expectations. Juicyloves is not responsible for these variations. To ensure that you choose the correct size of the product, please carefully review the product specifications on the product description page. If you find significant discrepancies between our measurements and the manufacturer's measurements, please email us so that we can continually improve our production and measurement processes. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that have already been shipped, even if the size or color does not meet your expectations.

While we are unable to process the aforementioned return requests, if you discover that your product is damaged or has a significant defect upon initial receipt, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please do not open the product packaging. Instead, send an email to juicyloves@foxmail.com, including your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and relevant supporting documents. We will further confirm the details of your order and the reason for the return or exchange and then process your request. If your request is approved, we will provide a return or exchange service within 10 business days of your receipt of the product. For returns and exchanges caused by our work errors, the shipping costs are borne by us. And you will get the refund in about 2 business days after we received the product you sent back to us.

Please do not send opened products back without receiving our approval for returns or exchanges. Unauthorized return or exchange packages may be refused, and the returned products will be disposed of without refunds.
